Food Bayana operates as a two-story automated food plaza, with 30 FlashBots and 20 charging stations running across three delivery zones from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Each food stall is paired with a robot; nine elevators move orders between floors, and FlashBots transport dishes to second-floor pickup and warming areas while customers receive status notifications. Pudu began implementation in May 2024 and reports that the project was fully operational in July after initial issues, with modified trays, added cameras, dedicated pathways and refined elevator logic.
