Pergam

Pergam develops laser-based methane-detection equipment for aerial, vehicle-mounted, handheld and fixed monitoring. Pergam Technical Services is the United States sales and support subsidiary of Switzerland-headquartered Pergam-Suisse. The product range serves gas utilities, pipeline operators, environmental monitoring, aviation and industrial safety, using laser spectroscopy to identify methane at a distance without requiring a probe to enter the gas plume.

ALMA G4 and G5 systems mount on helicopters, light aircraft or larger uncrewed aircraft for rapid pipeline surveys. Smaller UAV detectors and PergamSniffer payloads extend inspection to compact drones and air-sampling missions, while SELMA and LMS products cover ground vehicles and fixed sites. Pergam supplies the sensing, positioning and reporting equipment; the aircraft, flight control and operating approvals come from the carrier platform and survey operator.
