About Polysense
Polysense supplies inline machine-vision and process-control software for food production. Qualify measures product and line conditions, Intelligence turns those measurements into process insight, and AutoControl links findings to adjustments in the production process.
The system watches quality drift as raw materials and operating conditions change, helping teams identify problems before a batch becomes waste. Polysense connects line data with analysis and control workflows so food manufacturers can move from inspection records to repeatable process decisions.

Source - 2025-11-19 - Partnership - Polysense and JADCO agree Saudi quality-control deployment
The vision system measures fry length distribution and surface-defect levels continuously at production speed. Automated inspection replaces subjective sampling with time-stamped results linked to batch and SKU data. The agreement established Polysense first major deployment in Saudi Arabia and supported JADCO digital-transformation programme.
