About RAMLAB
MaxQ combines a welding robot or cobot with three-dimensional scanning, path generation and process monitoring for wire-arc additive manufacturing and repair. The system scans the starting geometry, generates deposition or welding paths and measures each completed layer. Deviations can be corrected in the next path before they accumulate through the full build.
Additional sensors monitor arc behaviour, geometry and interpass temperature and map anomalies back to the robot position. Operators configure the job through a browser-based environment and receive a production record through integrated reporting tools. Compact MaxQ Cobot systems support repair and smaller builds, while larger robot configurations produce parts extending to several metres.
