About ReeR
ReeR manufactures safety and measurement systems for industrial machinery and robot cells. Its portfolio includes light curtains, laser scanners, safety controllers, relays, interfaces, encoders and devices that measure height, width or position while protecting access to hazardous motion.
Safety sensors create guarded zones around robots, presses and conveyors and send certified stop signals when a person enters. Modular Mosaic controllers combine multiple inputs, muting logic and machine functions without a large safety PLC. ReeR designs and produces the equipment in Italy and supports integrators with configuration software and application-specific protective layouts.

- 2025-04-23 - Deployment - ReeR safety platform deployed on Facchinetti PR01 portioner
PR01 automates centering and synchronized cutting at up to 50 portions per minute across three configurable cutting modes. An EOS4 453 X Type 4 safety barrier protects the loading side with 23 beams and automatic reset to reduce downtime. MOSAIC M1, MR4 and MSD centralize guard, emergency-stop, pneumatic and safety logic in a configurable platform.
