About Roborock
Roborock's core business is autonomous floor care. Its robot-vacuum families pair mapping and localization, obstacle recognition, route planning and app control with docks that can empty dust, wash and dry mops, refill water and charge the robot. The Saros range adds low-clearance navigation and adaptable chassis systems, while the Saros Z70 incorporates a foldable five-axis arm for moving small objects during a cleaning run.
The company also sells wet-dry and cordless vacuums and has extended its autonomous portfolio into robotic lawn mowing. Roborock is headquartered in Beijing and trades on Shanghai's STAR Market under 688169. It reported RMB18.695 billion of revenue in 2025, with research and product development distributed across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other group operations.

Roborock and RoboSense deepened their partnership in May 2026 to jointly accelerate the global commercialization of robotic mowers. RoboSense presented the relationship within its robotics-lidar business, which also spans autonomous delivery, humanoid robots, embodied AI, and commercial-cleaning robots. RoboSense shipped 185,500 robotic-lidar units in Q1 2026, representing about 56% of its total lidar shipments as robotics adoption accelerated.

The arm can lift supported objects under 300 grams, including socks, small towels, tissues and sandals, so the vacuum can clean obstructed areas. StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 combines dual-light 3D time-of-flight sensors and RGB cameras for mapping and obstacle recognition. The 7.98-centimetre-high robot keeps the arm folded within its body and requires users to enable object handling in the Roborock app.
