- 2026-03-24 - Product Launch - ROBOWORKER expands its robotic compacting-cell range with the RPC 250
The press applies 250 kN at both the upper and lower punches and uses extended strokes and an ejection process to compact taller parts. The press and robotic automation occupy about six square metres including the control cabinet and support common reference clamping systems. Optional AI-assisted optical inspection combines cameras, lighting and company-developed image processing to monitor green-part geometry and surfaces.
Source - 2026-03-19 - Product Launch - ROBOWORKER launches the compact RLC 50 automated tabletop labeler
The tabletop machine occupies 0.8 square metres and has a height-adjustable work surface. Labels can be applied from above or wrapped around one or both sides of a package. Camera inspection checks label position, while a barcode reader verifies readability and data accuracy.
Source - 2025-12-17 - Product Launch - ROBOWORKER introduces standardized automated RBS deburring systems
A Z/R receiving table and motor-driven X-axis brushing station support standard sinter trays; configurations can include up to four brush strips. Programmable air nozzles and extraction remove loose particles, while an enclosed processing area contains dust. The magazine option provides up to fourteen levels, and both magazine and stacker configurations include an inspection area for processed parts.
Source - 2025-06-25 - Product Launch - ROBOWORKER introduces the RLC 100 automated labeling station
The compact station can operate independently or be integrated into an existing production line. It applies labels from above or folds them around one or both sides of packaging. A camera checks label placement and a barcode reader verifies the printed data; setup begins with manual inspection of the first box.
Source - 2025-04-14 - Production Milestone - ROBOWORKER delivers its first AI-assisted RPC compacting cells
Image-processing modules inspect green parts and die contamination, applying defined defect criteria and stopping production when necessary. The inspection data supports optimization of die-cleaning cycles; deeper automatic machine responses remain a planned development. Each RPC cell combines an RP ejection press with ROBOWORKER automation and operates through a single control system with menu-guided programming.
Source - 2025-03-03 - Product Launch - ROBOWORKER launches the RIS SPECIAL EDITION inspection machine
The machine measures parts, checks edges and surfaces, and sorts mismatches while processing entire pallets; inspected parts can be packaged directly into boxes. An optional AI module can learn defects such as cracks, while ROBOWORKER Master detects deviations from trained reference parts. Stored inspection images and results provide traceability across the inspection process.
