About Ruqi Mobility
Ruqi Mobility is the operating brand of Hong Kong-listed Chenqi Technology and runs ride-hailing, Robotaxi, fleet and mobility-technology services in China. The platform began mixed commercial operation of human-driven vehicles and Robotaxis in 2022. It provides the rider interface, fleet access, operating supervision and maintenance infrastructure used to integrate vehicles from autonomous-driving partners across Guangzhou, Shenzhen and the Hengqin cooperation zone.
By September 2025, Ruqi reported more than 300 Robotaxis and over 10,000 service stations across those markets. Its technology business also supplies autonomous-driving data collection, annotation, model training, simulation and high-definition mapping tools through products including ONTIME Data Encoder, MapNet and NexSim. GAC Group and Tencent initiated the service in 2019, Pony.ai later became a strategic shareholder, and Chenqi Technology listed in Hong Kong in July 2024 under stock code 9680.

Users in Guangzhou Nansha and Guangzhou Science City could request Ruqi Robotaxis through the Tencent Mobility Service mini programme. The integration adds a third-party demand channel alongside Ruqi Mobility own booking surfaces. The service connects Tencent user access with Ruqi fleet dispatch in operating areas already served by the Robotaxi network.

As of 30 June 2025, Ruqi reported more than 300 Robotaxis across Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hengqin. The platform covered more than 4,000 operating stations and its own fleet had completed over four million safe operating kilometres. Ruqi framed future expansion to 100 cities and a fleet above 10,000 vehicles as five-year targets rather than achieved scale.

Ruqi Mobility obtained intelligent-connected-vehicle demonstration-operation qualification in Hengqin and began mixed commercial operation of conventional ride-hailing vehicles and Robotaxis. The first operating area covered the Hong Kong–Macao Avenue corridor, Hengqin New Neighborhood, the public-service centre, and Hengqin Port. Customers could request conventional vehicles or Robotaxis through the Ruqi app and WeChat mini-program, marking a move from road testing into public commercial service.
