About SAFELOG
SAFELOG develops mobile transport robots, decentralised fleet software and light-guided picking systems for factories and warehouses. Its XS1, S3, M4, X1, GT1 and L2 vehicles cover fulfilment, trolley towing, pallet and cage movement, goods-to-person delivery and mobile assembly. Payload capacity reaches 1,500 kilograms on the L2, while the compact XS1 travels at up to four metres per second between picking and packing stations.
IntelliAgent software lets vehicles exchange jobs, route reservations, intersection access and charging status directly over Wi-Fi, so fleets can coordinate without a central controller. Deployments can also connect to external fleet managers through VDA 5050 and interact with PLCs, conveyors, lifts and fire doors through standard interfaces. SAFELOG combines these robots with IntelliCart and pick-by-light or put-to-light equipment for just-in-time line supply and multi-order picking. It manufactures the product families in series, adapts their superstructures, commissions routes on site and provides maintenance and repair.
