Sapient Perception develops wide-area imaging and edge-AI sensor systems for uncrewed platforms. Its stack combines high-resolution capture with onboard processing so aircraft and other machines can detect, classify and track activity without depending on a continuous cloud connection.
The company targets defence, security and emergency-response missions that need broad coverage with real-time operator insight. Detection performance, coverage and integration depend on the selected sensor, platform, altitude and mission configuration.

The MoU covers procurement and evaluation of Sapient Perception 10K camera systems on selected TEKEVER platforms. Planned work includes mechanical, electrical, software and data-interface assessment. The collaboration is expected to progress toward flight testing and operational validation at TEKEVER’s West Wales Airport facility.

The system combines a 10K sensing front end, FORGE onboard processing module, and IGNITE AI framework for real-time edge intelligence. ECHO can cover up to 100 times more area than conventional sensors at full resolution for defence, security, search and rescue, and mine-detection missions.
