Sequans Communications is a fabless semiconductor company focused on cellular connectivity for the Internet of Things. It develops baseband and radio-frequency chips, modules, protocol software and licensed technology across LTE-M, NB-IoT, Cat 1bis and 5G RedCap, giving equipment makers a common connectivity stack for low-power and industrial devices.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Colombes, France, Sequans operates internationally and trades on the New York Stock Exchange. Its physical-AI exposure spans industrial automation, connected mobility, logistics, defence and drones. By August 2026, more than 40 customer designs were in mass production and the company had secured its first disclosed drone customer.
