About Singularity Defense
Singularity Defense develops air-defence systems intended to counter large numbers of low-cost drones and munitions. Its engineering spans target sensing and tracking, guidance and flight software, effectors and command functions, with major subsystems designed for rapid iteration and volume production.
The company focuses on shortening the loop between field use, testing and redesign, informed by operating conditions in Ukraine and other active threat environments. Its manufacturing approach keeps critical subsystems in-house while using commercially scalable components where practical. Singularity remains an early-stage defence manufacturer, building and testing counter-weapon systems for military and civil protection customers as it progresses toward broader deployment.

Khosla Ventures and Felicis led the USD 80 million Series A, which valued Singularity Defense at USD 400 million. New Enterprise Associates, AE Ventures, Harpoon Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Long Journey, New Vista Capital, Y Combinator, Sunflower and Decisive Point also participated.
