About Sodick
Electrical-discharge machining requires accurate loading and unloading of moulds, dies and other high-value parts. Sodick connects its EDM equipment with feeding, handling and monitoring systems so those machine cycles can continue with less manual intervention.
fruitcore robotics developed a white-label automation module for Sodick EDM machines, pairing a robot application with the machine-tool workflow. The arrangement makes Sodick an endpoint for integrated industrial automation while keeping precision machining equipment as the company's principal commercial business.
