About Sudo AI
Sudo AI presents Sudo R1 as an integrated robot system combining company-developed hardware, software and a manipulation-focused foundation model. The model is trained solely in simulation and targets object picking as a base capability for later manipulation tasks, without requiring real-world demonstrations during training.
R1 operates closed loop, conditioning actions on updated observations at 15–25 Hz and reasoning about obstacles and available placement space. R1 has handled previously unseen rigid, deformable, transparent, reflective and other varied objects under changing lighting and interference.
