SwitchBot builds a connected home ecosystem spanning retrofit curtain motors, smart locks, sensors, hubs and floor-cleaning robots. Its hubs link Bluetooth devices and infrared appliances to the SwitchBot app, cloud automations and voice services, allowing products to operate as coordinated scenes rather than isolated devices.
The K20+ Pro combines a compact vacuum with a detachable Mobile Base and ClawLock modular platform. LiDAR and 3D obstacle detection support navigation, while optional mounts enable pet monitoring, mobile air purification and delivery of small household items. The platform is sold with an auto-empty station and supports app control, Matter connectivity and major voice assistants.

The white Noa model received TAIS code 02364-000006 and the grey Nico model received 02364-000007. The directory lists product specifications, functions and a ¥129,800 retail price for care providers, municipalities and welfare-equipment specialists. TAIS registration is an information-system listing and does not itself confer long-term-care insurance reimbursement or local subsidy eligibility.

The KATA Friends AI companion robot is the initial application carrier for evaluating system design, application validation and emotional-support use cases for children.

OneRobotics offered 22,222,300 H shares at HK$73.80 each and began trading under HKEX code 6600 on 30 December 2025. The offering generated HK$1,640.01 million of gross proceeds and HK$1,543.89 million of net proceeds after estimated listing expenses. A partial over-allotment exercise completed in January 2026 added approximately HK$225.47 million of net proceeds, bringing disclosed net public-offering proceeds to about HK$1,769.36 million.

The system was designed to carry compatible household devices around the home, including camera, air purifier and other SwitchBot modules. The launch marked SwitchBot's move from fixed smart-home automation devices toward mobile household robotics.
