Tianhe Magnetics

Tianhe Magnetics controls the production chain from alloy formulation and powder preparation through pressing, sintering, machining, coating and magnetic-property testing. Its principal materials include sintered and bonded neodymium-iron-boron and sintered samarium-cobalt, with grades and geometries configured around temperature resistance, coercivity, corrosion protection and magnetic performance.

The company supplies finished magnets and assembled magnetic components alongside its material production. Applications span traction motors, wind turbines, appliances, consumer electronics, aerospace equipment, industrial automation and humanoid joints. Tianhe also develops automated production and inspection equipment used within magnet manufacturing, connecting material development with precision processing and scalable production.
