About Vectus Air Defense Systems
Vectus Air Defense Systems assembles technology from multiple suppliers into customer-specific layers for detecting, tracking and defeating aerial threats. Its managed-service scope covers system design, equipment, personnel, operations, maintenance and later upgrades, with installations intended for sovereign and critical-infrastructure customers.
The company was formed in August 2026 under Erik Prince. Swarmer took a 20% equity interest and is contributing autonomy software for counter-UAS development, including interceptor-drone swarming. Vectus has announced the operating model and supplier-integration strategy but has not disclosed a customer deployment.

Vectus will design, integrate and continuously operate layered air-defense systems for governments and critical-infrastructure operators under multi-year agreements. Its technology-agnostic architecture can combine detection and tracking, electronic warfare, interceptor drones and large-calibre guns from allied suppliers. Swarmer will provide autonomy and interceptor-swarming technology and co-develop counter-UAS systems; no customer deployment was disclosed at launch.
