ViTrox develops machine-vision inspection and manufacturing-intelligence systems for electronics and semiconductor production.
Its equipment covers automated optical inspection, automated X-ray inspection, semiconductor handlers, embedded motion-control hardware and factory analytics. Electronics manufacturers use these systems to detect assembly defects, inspect hidden joints and connect quality data with production workflows. ViTrox supplies inspection and process-intelligence infrastructure; repair decisions and line control remain part of the configured factory system.

- 2023-10-24 - Product Launch - ViTrox launches V9i Advanced Robotic Vision XL inspection solution
ViTrox introduced the V9i Advanced Robotic Vision XL inspection solution. The system targets flexible conformal coating and final-assembly inspection in electronics manufacturing. The launch gives ViTrox a direct robotic vision system marker within automated optical inspection.
