Vizum’s stereo cameras and perception software generate depth information for robot guidance, object recognition and intelligent grasping. The systems are used in picking, handling and industrial inspection where the robot must locate objects in three dimensions as object position and orientation vary.
ViHero extends the company’s perception and interaction technology into humanoid robots. Its platforms combine visual sensing, speech, learning and manipulation for service and public-facing applications, while Vizum’s robot-hand and vision work links the humanoid body with the company’s established industrial-perception stack.

The framework covers big skeleton, shoulder-joint, dexterous-hand, support-system, chest-shell and AGV-shell parts. The agreement forecasts about RMB75 million over five years, with actual value subject to purchase orders. Lizhong said the deal extends its aluminum-alloy, die-casting and CNC precision-processing capabilities into humanoid robot parts.
