About Voysys
Founded in 2014 in Norrköping, Sweden, Voysys builds platform-agnostic software for moving video and control data between remote operators and autonomous machines. The stack combines adaptive bandwidth management, video compression and redundant links across 4G, 5G and other networks, with visualisation tools for 3D, virtual-reality and bird’s-eye operator views.
Serve Robotics acquired Voysys in April 2025 and integrated the technology into its production delivery-robot fleet, reporting improved connection quality and latency. Voysys continues to operate as a standalone provider for external vehicle and robotics customers. Its role is remote operations infrastructure rather than onboard autonomy: it gives deployed machines a resilient human-intervention channel when supervision or assistance is required.
