wheel.me turns existing carts, racks and trolleys into autonomous mobile robots by replacing their conventional castors with powered Genius 2 wheels. The system allows factories and warehouses to automate movement while retaining containers and fixtures already designed around their production or material-handling processes.
Onboard three-dimensional vision and the RGo perception engine support SLAM localisation, obstacle detection and navigation around people and changing layouts. Fleet software assigns missions and coordinates multiple units, while APIs connect movement to manufacturing and warehouse systems. Deployments cover line-side replenishment, work-in-process transport and movement of heavy racks between storage and operating stations.
