About All3 Mantis
All3 Mantis is a fully electric legged construction robot built for installation, fastening, finishing and inspection. Its adaptive four-legged base changes stance for doorways, stairs, uneven ground and heavy-load stability, while swappable payload and tool modules configure the machine for different phases of a building project. All3 states a payload above 100 kilograms and a reach of four metres.
The robot works with All3’s prefabricated timber elements, connectors and self-aligning positioners. A single Mantis currently operates autonomously; a 12-month Innovate UK project announced in August 2026 is developing coordinated operation by two or more robots. The product therefore belongs on the Construction Robot surface, with quadruped recorded as its locomotion morphology and demonstrated maturity kept separate from future fleet claims.
