ROBIN is ANYBRID’s lightweight robotized injection-moulding system. A robot or linear-axis system carries the moulding unit to add plastic features at selected positions on profiles, larger components and assemblies. Its carbon-composite clamping frame and compact injection system support configurable automation and material combinations.

- ANYBRID demonstrates second-generation ROBIN at K 2022
2022-11-08 - Demonstration - The cell demonstrated continuous-line integration, functionalisation of shaped profiles and local overmoulding of large structures. The new generation reduced weight by 10 percent and repositioned the robot connection to improve balance and reach. The revised carbon-fibre frame increased maximum clamping force to 12 tonnes.
