About Autel Alpha
Autel Alpha is a foldable industrial multirotor for inspection, public safety and emergency-response missions. Its DG-L35T gimbal combines a 4K 35x optical zoom camera, wide-angle visible camera, dual thermal cameras and a laser rangefinder rated from 10 to 2,000 metres. Five-direction fisheye vision and six-direction millimetre-wave radar support obstacle awareness around fine structures such as poles and power lines.
The current manual specifies 6.34 kilograms with battery, gimbal and propellers, 8.4-kilogram maximum take-off mass and up to 40 minutes flight time under test conditions. The airframe is IP55-rated and supports 15-kilometre video transmission. Autel advertises global path planning and 3D reconstruction through its evolving Autonomy Engine but marks those functions as pending future updates, so they are not represented as currently demonstrated capabilities.
