About Azi Desktop

Azi Desktop packages Engineered Arts’ facial animation system into a 525 mm-high, 8.5 kg desktop body. Thirty-two actuated degrees of freedom include five in the neck and 27 across the eyes, lips and other facial features. Cameras, microphones and speakers support gaze, speech and interactive expression without the arms, torso or mobile base of a full-size humanoid.

The robot runs Engineered Arts’ Tritium control platform and can be operated remotely or connected with conversational AI software. Developers and exhibitors use the interface to trigger expressions, coordinate speech and create live or scripted demonstrations. Its compact form is suited to desks, counters and laboratory benches where a social face and head movement are required but full-body manipulation or locomotion is unnecessary.
