About Apollo RT6
Apollo RT6 is Baidu's sixth-generation all-electric robotaxi, designed specifically for fully driverless ride-hailing. Its vehicle architecture integrates the Apollo autonomous-driving system, perception sensors, redundant control hardware and a passenger cabin configured for commercial mobility service.
RT6 entered public-road operation in China in 2024 and forms the main vehicle platform for Apollo Go fleet expansion. Baidu is also introducing the system through international mobility partnerships, including programmes in the United Kingdom, Germany and the Middle East.
