LOWY

LOWY is BALYO's autonomous pallet stacker built on a standard forklift chassis with both automatic and manual operating modes. It handles loads up to 1,600 kg and uses 3D pallet detection for transfers between production stations, conveyors, stretch wrappers and staging areas. Its lift options support low and intermediate-height handoffs.

A roof-mounted 3D lidar compares the surroundings with a reference map for navigation, while safety sensors detect people and obstacles. Integration connects the truck with equipment and doors along its route. Lead-acid, NMC and TPPL battery configurations are offered, with automatic or wireless charging options. BALYO's setup tools support virtual missions before deployment and fleet management during operation.
