About

About Bayraktar KIZILELMA

Bayraktar KIZILELMA is Baykar’s turbofan-powered uncrewed aircraft with autonomous taxi, take-off, cruise and landing functions. Its modular design supports different configurations, with electro-optical, infrared and radar sensing among the available payload categories. Direct and beyond-line-of-sight communications connect the aircraft with remote operators.

The programme includes development for short-runway carrier operation alongside land-based use. Baykar specifies a maximum take-off weight of 8.5 tonnes and payload capacity of 1.5 tonnes for the described platform. Multiple planned versions allow the propulsion and mission configuration to evolve within the KIZILELMA programme.
