About Cactus
Cactus is Auki's spatial AI platform for retail operations. It builds a spatially anchored digital twin of a store, maps the true location of products and makes that information searchable for staff, analytics systems and AI applications. Store teams can attach tasks and notes to physical locations, use indoor navigation and keep floor data aligned with changing shelf layouts.
The platform links mobile computer vision, spatial positioning and operational data into a shared store model. That model supports product finding, route planning, task assignment and robot navigation across the same mapped environment. Cactus has progressed from early multi-store pilots into paid retail deployments, with Auki offering the system to operators that need location-aware workflows across staff, inventory and autonomous machines.
