LaserWeeder G2

About

About LaserWeeder G2

LaserWeeder G2 replaces the earlier fixed 20-foot implement with five modular configurations: G2 200, 300, 400, 600 and 1200. Each sealed weeding module combines three high-resolution cameras, two NVIDIA GPUs, twenty LED lights and two 240-watt diode lasers. The modules identify plants and direct thermal energy at weed meristems without disturbing crop roots or soil.

Family width spans approximately eight to forty feet, with model-specific weight, row spacing, tractor power and coverage rates. The G2 600, for example, uses twelve modules and is rated for 1.5–3.0 acres per hour under stated conditions. Laser thinning is also offered for selected crops. Exact performance therefore remains tied to the chosen G2 configuration, crop model, field layout and operating speed.
