About Care OS
Care OS is designed to sit between a service robot’s sensors and its task applications. On-device perception converts camera and range data into anonymous geometry and human-aware scene information, while behaviour logic governs speed, approach distance, yielding and interaction around patients, visitors and staff.
The platform separates learned perception and world modelling from a deterministic safety controller, allowing workflows such as guiding, internal delivery and patient engagement to be deployed across different robot bodies. Venture Robot Solutions is developing the software with healthcare providers and plans six pilot deployments beginning in 2026, before broader commercial release.
