Robot 101 NALTA Evo

Robot 101 NALTA Evo is Conjet’s portable hydrodemolition system, using a cutting head that travels along a feed beam mounted to scaffolding pipes. Step units connect the beam to the pipe structure, and custom framing can position the tool around the surface being treated.

The assembly works on floors, walls, inclined surfaces and overhead areas such as bridge-deck undersides. It breaks down into components that one person can carry, supporting access through tight spaces between buildings and scaffolding. A handheld control unit operates the cutting system remotely, while a separate high-pressure pump supplies the water used for concrete removal.
