Robot 557 MPA XL

Robot 557 MPA XL is Conjet’s track-driven hydrodemolition robot for concrete rehabilitation on bridges, tunnels and other large structures. Its multipurpose arm reaches vertical, overhead, horizontal and below-track surfaces, while an adjustable track chassis and sliding main body help the machine position its water jet across uneven work areas.

The robot supports Conjet’s automated Conjet ONE process and SCS control system, with diesel or electric power configurations. Maximum vertical reach is 6.35 metres, horizontal reach is 4.9 metres and reach below the tracks is 3.05 metres. Standard cutting width is 2.1 metres and can extend to 3 metres with an optional extension. Conjet rates the current machine at 2,840 kilograms.
