D3 DesignCore RS-6843

D3 DesignCore RS-6843 is a production-intent 60–64 GHz radar evaluation kit built around the Texas Instruments IWR6843. Its integrated antenna system uses four receive and three transmit channels with 4 GHz bandwidth, while onboard Arm and DSP processing supports local detection and tracking workflows.

The 3 × 2 inch module accepts 5–36 V input and exposes USB, I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, GPIO, JTAG and LVDS interfaces. D3 specifies forward human detection at roughly 75–80 metres, with approximately ±60 degrees azimuth and ±15 degrees elevation coverage. It is the 60 GHz member of the shared RS-1843A/RS-6843 hardware family. Its 200 MHz Arm R4F processor, 600 MHz C67xx DSP and radar hardware accelerator provide local signal processing; the kit is a reference platform for evaluation and customized OEM integration.
