About Monolith One

Monolith One is Divergent's in-house metal additive-manufacturing system for producing aerospace, defence, automotive and industrial structures within the Divergent Adaptive Production System. The laser powder-bed-fusion machine accepts industry-standard aluminium, nickel, steel and titanium alloys and is engineered for repeatable, scalable operation under software-defined production control.

Printed structures move into DAPS robotic assembly, where proprietary joining methods create larger components without product-specific fixtures. This links AI-enabled design, additive manufacture and automated assembly in one production architecture that can change between different products. Divergent designed and built Monolith One for its own factories; it is not offered for purchase or licence. Machine-level dimensions and laser counts remain configuration facts beyond the current public platform description.
