EIS Modular Robotic Workcell Family

EIS Modular Robotic Workcell Family is a configurable enclosed automation platform for repeatable production processes. Standardised modules can be arranged as linear, L-shaped, U-shaped or parallel layouts and expanded or redeployed as requirements change. Each follows an input-process-output structure: material enters at a defined point, automated equipment performs the configured operation inside the guarded cell, and finished work exits for the next production stage.

EIS configures the platform for processes including pick-and-place, weighing, collating, batching, quality control, insertion, dispensing, data handling and packaging. One-, two- and three-cell modules can be combined to change capacity and layout, including installations for life-science and clean-room environments. The enclosure limits access to moving equipment, and interlocks stop the system if an operator opens the workcell during production. Robot, tooling, sensing, guarding and material transfer are selected for the customer's exact process; there is no single fixed machine configuration.
