Halo

About

About Halo

Halo is a 97-gram communications module that bonds several cellular, private-network, radio-frequency and satellite links into one encrypted data connection. The system allocates traffic across available bearers and can continue carrying command, telemetry and payload data when an individual network degrades or disappears.

Quality-of-service controls prioritise safety-critical command traffic over less urgent data, while predictive link management uses current and historical network conditions to anticipate coverage changes. Halo supports AES-256 encryption, Remote ID and integration with Elsight’s monitoring services. It is installed on drones, robots and other uncrewed platforms conducting BVLOS operations.
