About

About E455

E455 is a Group II electric VTOL aircraft with a removable mission bay carrying up to 12 pounds. Lift rotors provide vertical launch and recovery, and the fixed wing supports extended ISR, mapping, communications-relay and scientific missions from confined operating sites.

Payload integrations include electro-optical and infrared gimbals, communications systems and specialised sensing equipment. Event 38 supplies autonomous mission software and several command-and-control options, including TAK integration. E455 systems have supported US Army Arctic exercises, Florida State Guard training and Los Alamos environmental surveys.
