FlipiX

FlipiX is a remotely operated towed vehicle that adds controllable underwater positioning to a vessel-towed survey platform. Its winged body and control surfaces allow operators to manage depth and lateral position while carrying mission sensors.

Exail positions FlipiX for hydrographic, geophysical and defense survey work where a stable payload path is needed beneath a surface vessel. The vehicle remains connected by a tow cable that supplies the mechanical link and supports mission control.
