About FanciSwarm

FanciSwarm is a modular small-drone platform intended for research, teaching and prototype development. Fancinnov presents the aircraft as a configurable family rather than one fixed sensor stack: its current catalogue separates a base kit, a multi-aircraft swarm kit, Jetson Orin vision configurations and Raspberry Pi configurations. This profile covers the shared FanciSwarm platform, not the separately named Pro or Pro Max families.

The official product range also exposes UWB positioning and optional perception components for coordinated indoor experiments. Exact capability depends on the purchased kit, onboard compute and positioning configuration, so vision, LiDAR and swarm functions are not treated as universal base-aircraft specifications. Kit-specific rows remain the correct place for those configurations when their own media and product surfaces are complete.

Fancinnov showcases the FanciSwarm swarm drone at ICRA 2024
2024-05-13 - Demonstration - Fancinnov brought its FanciSwarm miniature swarm drone to ICRA 2024 in Yokohama, held from 13–17 May 2024. The company describes FanciSwarm as a research and education platform built around its own Mcontroller flight controller and UWB positioning system. The platform supports trajectory flight, swarm flight, ROS development, and motion-capture integration, making the appearance directly relevant to robotics research and experimentation.
