A03

A03 is the largest member of Feagine's compliant-arm range, combining three flexible segments into a 50 cm tendon-driven arm with six degrees of freedom. Its continuously bending structure is intended for obstacle-aware reaching, complex trajectories and manipulation through spaces that are difficult for conventional rigid-link arms. The system weighs 2.3 kg and carries up to 600 g, with a published maximum end-effector speed of 1.17 m/s.

The platform supports graphical operation, ROS 1 and ROS 2, Python and C++, along with MuJoCo and SAPIEN simulation environments. Feagine positions it for multi-segment modelling, parameter identification, redundant-space control, advanced compliant manipulation and embodied-AI data work.
