About HaiPick A42-E6S

HaiPick A42-E6S retrieves and deposits totes through a direct grappling-hook mechanism, allowing racks to be configured with horizontal spacing down to 30 mm and no longitudinal gap between stored containers. The mobile platform autonomously navigates warehouse aisles, performs case handling and returns to a charging station when required. LiDAR-based obstacle detection, collision avoidance, alarms and emergency-stop functions support operation around other automated equipment.

The robot is used within HaiPick goods-to-person systems, where it transfers cases between high-density storage racks and downstream workstations or supporting AMRs. Configurations cover single-, double- and triple-deep storage below six metres, with customised tote loads available for particular installations. Hai Robotics supplies the platform as part of an engineered warehouse automation deployment covering racking, fleet orchestration, charging and workflow integration.
