Hygienic Robotic Loading Platform

About

About Hygienic Robotic Loading Platform

Hygienic Robotic Loading Platform is Harpak-ULMA’s configurable family of robotic cells for locating, inspecting, picking and loading food into packaging equipment. Introduced in October 2026, it serves cheese, fresh meat and snack applications across thermoforming, flow wrapping and tray sealing. The hygienic structure uses open, bent-plate stainless steel, sloped surfaces and accessible utilities for cleaning; selected components carry IP69K washdown ratings.

Application-specific tooling and 2D or advanced 3D vision adapt the cell to the product and its orientation. Optional inspection checks presence, colour, mass, defects or features. In the standard Rockwell configuration, robot motion and packaging equipment share the Logix programming environment and Allen-Bradley controls for recipes, diagnostics and coordination. Cell dimensions are configured during manufacture. A general-purpose configuration extends the family to medical-device loading, case packing and cartoning.
