Beacon Platform

Beacon is Hirebotics' application layer for preparing and operating supported welding, plasma-cutting and painting systems. Users define parts and paths, select process settings, organise repeat work into playlists and monitor connected robots without writing conventional robot code. The interface runs on supported iOS and Android devices and in a web browser, while system-specific documentation covers Universal Robots and FANUC hardware.

Team functions separate viewer, operator, editor and manager permissions across robots, parts, charts, playlists and settings libraries. This allows an experienced user to control process definitions while another operator runs approved work. Beacon also provides notifications, job information, charts and support workflows, with some capabilities assigned to paid plans. The software does not weld, cut or paint by itself; execution depends on the compatible arm, process equipment, tooling, safety configuration and commissioned cell.
