About Cobot Welder

Cobot Welder packages a collaborative arm, MIG process equipment and Hirebotics' Beacon controls as a movable welding station. The current base system uses a Universal Robots UR8 Long with 68.9 inches of reach, a Miller Auto Deltaweld 350 source and an air-cooled Tregaskiss Tough Gun. A 48-by-32-inch cart, operator panel, consumables and Smart Puck are included in the listed configuration.

Operators teach geometry through Beacon and can save work for short runs or recurring parts. Hirebotics offers Deltaweld 500 and OTC P 400-L power upgrades, plus separately priced seam tracking, multipass and part-rotation options. The published starting price is $105,000. Installation still requires suitable electrical service, weld curtains, fume extraction, fixtures and a validated safety assessment; weld quality depends on fit-up, settings, consumables and the programmed path.
