HMAX by Hitachi is an industrial Physical AI platform for applying AI to factories, energy systems, transport and other real-world infrastructure. HMAX Data Fabric collects and organizes distributed operational data so models and applications can use a governed shared foundation.
HMAX AI Operations supports safe deployment and ongoing management of AI systems. Physical AI Forward Deployed Engineer teams work with customers at operating sites to integrate data, models and domain workflows. Hitachi began offering these components in September 2026.
