About Invert Climbing Inspection Platform

Invert Climbing Inspection Platform is a family of remotely operated crawlers that bring inspection instruments directly to industrial surfaces. The V-series uses vacuum adhesion on smooth non-ferrous materials without an external vacuum supply. The M-series uses controlled magnetic adhesion on carbon-steel assets, while the H-series combines adhesion methods for coated and glass-lined vessels.

Operators select the crawler and inspection payload for the asset. Available tools include close-range video, coating-integrity testing and laser surface measurement. The camera system provides optical zoom and recorded imagery, while surface measurements help characterize features such as dents and pitting. This modular arrangement connects access to difficult surfaces with different non-destructive inspection methods.
