ERG Series

The ERG family integrates a two-finger parallel gripper and continuous rotary actuator in one end effector. Four models provide different jaw strokes, gripping-force ranges and rotary capacities, with peak torque up to 1.5 newton-metres, allowing one tool to both secure a component and turn it through an unlimited angle.

Independent control of grip position, force, rotation angle and speed supports workflows such as cap tightening, connector assembly, part inversion, sorting and camera inspection. Feedback from both axes lets the machine confirm a grasp and angular position before the next process step, while the combined housing removes an adapter, second motor and additional cabling from the robot wrist. The series is designed for PLC and robot integration in compact automated cells.
