About Robot Synchronization System

JR Automation's Robot Synchronization System integrates RoboSync to manage point corrections across robots running similar programmes. An operator uses a simplified interface to adjust a taught point and inspect the change, then chooses whether to send that correction to other robots in the system. The workflow addresses part variation that would otherwise require repeated individual adjustments.

Synchronisation remains an operator-selected action: changes can be reviewed before they are applied elsewhere. The interface is intended for machine operators without detailed robot-programming knowledge, making routine touch-ups part of production operation. This links a local correction to controlled reuse across participating robots and reduces downtime associated with separately teaching the same change.
