LJ-X8000

LJ-X8000 is KEYENCE's 2D and 3D laser-profiler system for inline shape measurement and inspection. Its blue-laser heads capture 3,200 points per profile, and the controller family supports single- or dual-head arrangements for different field widths, working distances and target sizes.

With LJ-X8000 heads, 3D trigger intervals can reach 16 kilohertz under the specified settings. Controllers store inspection programmes and reference profiles, execute measurement tools and expose results through industrial I/O, Ethernet and supported fieldbus interfaces. Head choices span short-range precision measurement through wide profiles reaching 720 millimetres. Resolution, repeatability, laser class and measurement range therefore follow the selected head and controller configuration.
